Order & Delivery FAQ

Once your order has been received and we have finalised the personalisation with you, we aim to have all teddy bears dispatched and delivered within 5-7 working days.

Please note that all the teddy's are uniquely personalised depending on each customers requirements therefore we are unable to offer a next day service.

All of our teddy bears are "made to order" with the unique personalisation requested by the customer.

As a result unless the teddy is damaged or faulty we are unable to accept returns.

When an order is received we will contact you via email to double check the personalisation you'd like and will provide a mock-up design for your approval before we begin production of your teddy.

If you have any concerns about a new or existing order please don't hesitate to contact us!

About Our Teddy Bears

All of our teddys are tested and comply to EN71 Toy Safety regulations, and display CE and UKCA markings on all labels.

This certification means that the teddys have undergone rigerous testing to ensure that they are safe for the use of children and free from choking hazards.

We offer a wide range of teddy bears available in two sizes as standard - medium and large.

Both sizes can be personalised in numerous ways including vinyl, sublimation printing and embroidering options.

Large Teddy Bear Details

Cleverly designed large plush teddies that allow for decoration directly onto the toy.

The animals and bears have been designed with a clear front panel area and a zip access at the bottom of the toy with a removable inner pad.

This allows the toy to be either printed, sublimation printed or embroidered directly onto the front panel of the toy.

It also means that you can remove the padding and use the teddy for pyjama storage!

Approximate height ranges from 40-46cm depending on teddy.
