Christmas Delivery Notice – Updated 9th December 2025

We’ve now reached our maximum capacity for Christmas.

Orders placed on or before 10 December will be delivered in time for Christmas.

Any orders placed after 10 December will follow our extended 10–12 working day processing time and will arrive after Christmas.

We are currently working through all existing orders as quickly and carefully as possible, in the order they were received. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your teddy has been dispatched.
