UK Delivery – Always Free

We aim to delivery all orders to your door between 3-5 working days after placing your order.

We offer free tracked delivery across the UK on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. We use a both Royal Mail and Evri as parcel couriers and provide full tracking information for every order placed.

Production Time

All our teddies are made to order.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after you place your order. If we need to contact you regarding a design aspect of your order, this may delay our despatch times.

Delivery Timeframes

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 delivery services along with Evri. Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please allow a little extra time during peak periods like Christmas or Mother’s Day.

Express Shipping

Need your teddy in a hurry?

We may be able to offer an upgrade to next-day courier — just contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: express order processing depends on our current workload but we'll always do our best to help get items to you in time for special occasions and birthdays etc.

International Shipping

We currently only deliver within the UK.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch or you have any issues with the tracking of the parcel - please get in touch.

We can investigate, and remake or refund your item if needed.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail tracking code via email/text.
