  Yes. Every bear in this collection can be personalised with a name, date of birth. baby weight or any message you'd like. Simply enter the details on the product page.
• Is the teddy suitable for newborns?
  Our teddies are soft plush bears designed as keepsakes and display items. If gifting to a newborn, we recommend it is used as a displayed keepsake rather than a cot toy, in line with general safe sleep guidelines for infants.
• How long does delivery take?
  We aim to have all orders delivered within 7-10 days. During busy seasonal times processing times may increase - but that will be announced on the website. Orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services.
• Can I order as a gift directly to the recipient?
  Yes. At checkout you can enter a separate delivery address. Every order comes packaged in a free gift bag, ready to give.
