Will it arrive in time for my occasion?

We know timing matters when it comes to gifting.

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it's dispatched, and we always do our best to meet important dates.

All orders are dispatched via fully tracked delivery services from Royal Mail and Evri.

If you're unsure, just message us before ordering.

Can I change my order if I’ve made a mistake?

If you’ve spotted a typo or need to update something, please get in touch as soon as possible after ordering.

We personalise each teddy quickly, so once production starts, changes might not be possible — but we’ll always try to help if we can.

Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping?

Every order includes free personalisation and arrives neatly packaged in a little white gift bag — ready to give.

While we don’t offer full gift wrapping yet, many customers send teddies directly as gifts.

You can add a gift note at checkout and we’ll make sure a card with your message is included in the order - and that no pricing is included in the parcel.
