We personalise each teddy quickly, so once production starts, changes might not be possible — but we’ll always try to help if we can.

Every order includes free personalisation and arrives neatly packaged in a little white gift bag — ready to give.

While we don’t offer full gift wrapping yet, many customers send teddies directly as gifts.

You can add a gift note at checkout and we’ll make sure a card with your message is included in the order - and that no pricing is included in the parcel.
