How big is the classic brown teddy bear?
Our classic brown teddies are approximately 20cm in height when seated.
All bears are designed to sit upright and display your personalisation beautifully.
What areas of the teddy can be personalised?
You can personalise up to three areas - the tummy and both feet.
Add a photo, name, message or date on the tummy, and optional text or icons on each foot.
Can I personalise each teddy differently if ordering more than one?
Yes — simply personalise each teddy before adding it to your basket.
Every bear can have its own photo, name, and message.
Can I upload a photo and add text together?
Yes — the tummy area supports both a photo and text.
Our team will position and size your design carefully to make sure everything looks balanced and beautiful.
What if my photo is old or damaged?
Don’t worry — we personally review and prepare every image before printing.
Our team will resize, tidy, and optimise old or damaged photos wherever possible to achieve the best result.
If a picture doesn’t perfectly fit your chosen crop shape, we’ll manually adjust it during the design process to make it work beautifully.
Will you fix spelling or grammar mistakes in my text?
Please double-check all text carefully before placing your order.
We do our best to correct any very obvious typos, but we can’t always know the intended spelling of pet names, nicknames, or family words.
A live preview and downloadable proof image are provided during the order process, so make sure everything looks exactly how you’d like it printed.
Can you check my image quality before I order?
If you’re unsure whether your photo will print clearly, you can contact us before ordering and we’ll check it for you.
We’ve successfully printed from low-resolution and imperfect images, including scans of old photographs and even phone screenshots, so most pictures can be used once optimised.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach customers within 3–5 working days. It can take up to 3 working days for us to process, print and pack your teddy, including a full quality check before dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 days depending on the courier. During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, delivery times may be slightly longer — any delays will always be clearly updated on our website.
Which delivery services do you use?
All orders are dispatched using tracked courier services, most commonly Royal Mail Tracked 24. In some cases, we may use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri depending on your location and order size.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Every order is sent via a fully tracked service, and you’ll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your teddy has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders include free UK delivery as standard — there are no hidden costs at checkout.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We don’t offer a next day delivery option because each teddy is made to order.
Personalisation takes time to print, check and pack carefully, so we prefer to make sure every bear leaves us in perfect condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, but if you have a special occasion in mind, it’s best to order a few extra days in advance to allow for printing and courier times.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your tracking shows no updates after a few days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch and we’ll check with the courier right away.
