How do I personalise my teddy bear?

You can add a name, message, or photo directly on the product page. Just select your bear style and follow the prompts to enter your personalisation. We’ll take care of the rest.

What if I forget to add my personalisation at checkout?

No problem! We’ll always reach out if anything’s missing — or feel free to message us after placing your order. Your teddy won’t go into production until everything is confirmed.

Can I upload a photo?

Yes! Many of our teddy bears include the option to print a photo on the tummy or feet. If you upload more than one photo, we’ll combine them into a single design and send a mockup for approval.

Do I get to see a preview before it's made?

Yes — you'll see a live preview of your design while personalising your teddy, including both the tummy and feet areas.

Once you’ve finished designing, a downloadable preview image is generated during checkout so you can keep a copy for reference. No surprises — what you see is what we make.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All teddies are made to order. Most are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
UK delivery is free and usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Need it urgently? Contact us before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only offer delivery within the UK.

What are the teddy bear sizes?

Each teddy style is different. Product pages include visual guides, but most are designed to sit comfortably on a shelf or bedside at approx 20cm tall in seated position — big enough to make an impact, small enough to hold with love.

Can I return or exchange a personalised teddy?

Because each teddy is made to order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a fault. If you have an issue, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Where are your personalised teddies made?

Every order is designed and personalised in West Yorkshire by our small team. We handle everything in-house — from design to dispatch.

Do you really donate to animal rescue?

Yes! 10% of every order goes to UK animal rescue charities. You can choose your preferred charity at checkout or let us pick one for you.
