Orders placed after 10 December.
We’ve now reached our Christmas order capacity. Any orders placed after 10 December will follow our extended 10–12 working day processing time and will arrive after Christmas.
Orders placed on or before 10 December are still guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Every teddy is individually customised by hand in our Yorkshire workshop.
Quick Turnaround
We aim to personalise and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
During busy periods, we’ll share any delays clearly on-site before you order.
Free UK Delivery
All orders include free Royal Mail 48 Tracked shipping.
You’ll receive tracking by email once your teddy is on the way.
