would give it zero stars if i could absolute disgrace of a company, i ordered a wedding koala bear as a gift for the bride and groom off their 3 young children on the 18th august before i ordered i messaged to ask if they could fulfill the order at short notice as it would be needed by the 25th august and they agreed to express delivery it, i have sent numerous emails and messaged on various platforms but had no response to any messages, as of today no order has arrived and i have now had to source other gifts i would NOT recommend at all, such a shame when it was supposed to be a special gift for the childrens parents on their wedding day
