You can personalise three areas of your teddy bear — the tummy and both feet.
The tummy can feature a photo along with a name, message, or meaningful date, while each foot can include optional text or small icons for an added personal touch.
Can I personalise each teddy differently if ordering more than one?
Yes — each personalised teddy can be completely unique.
Simply customise one teddy at a time before adding it to your basket, and include different photos, names, or messages for each.
Can I add both a photo and text to my personalised teddy?
Yes — the tummy area supports both a photo and accompanying text.
Our team carefully positions and sizes every design to ensure your personalised teddy looks balanced, clear, and beautifully presented.
What if my photo isn’t perfect quality?
Don’t worry — we personally review and prepare every image before printing. We resize, tidy, and optimise old or slightly damaged photos wherever possible to achieve the best result.
If your image doesn’t perfectly fit the chosen layout, we’ll manually adjust it during the design process to ensure it works beautifully on your personalised teddy.
Will you fix spelling or grammar mistakes in my text?
Please double-check your wording carefully before placing your order.
While we may correct very obvious typos, we can’t always know the intended spelling of names, nicknames, or personal phrases.
A live preview and downloadable proof are provided during checkout, so you can ensure everything looks exactly how you’d like it printed.
Do you check my photo before printing?
If you’re unsure whether your photo will print clearly, you’re welcome to contact us before ordering and we’ll happily review it for you.
We’ve successfully printed personalised photo teddies from low-resolution images, scanned photographs, and even phone screenshots — most images can be enhanced and optimised to achieve a clear result.
How long can my message be?
Your personalised teddy can include a message on the tummy alongside your photo, as well as smaller text on each foot. We don’t use rigid character limits — instead, we carefully format and resize your wording to make the best possible use of the available print area.
Our team adjusts layout, spacing, and font size where needed to ensure your text is clear, balanced, and as large as possible without overcrowding the design.
If a message feels too long for the space, we’ll always aim to make it work in the most visually pleasing way.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you notice a mistake or would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
As each personalised teddy is made to order, we begin preparing designs quickly, but we’ll always do our best to help if production hasn’t started.
What if I realise I’ve made a mistake after ordering?
If you spot an error in your photo or message after placing your order, please get in touch straight away.
If we haven’t begun printing your personalised teddy, we’ll be happy to correct it for you.
Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible, so we always recommend double-checking your live preview before confirming your order.
How big is the classic brown teddy bear?
Our classic personalised brown teddy bear measures approximately 20cm tall when seated.
It is designed to sit upright, allowing your photo and message to be clearly displayed on the tummy and feet.
How should I care for my personalised teddy?
Your personalised teddy is made from soft polyester plush and is designed to be long-lasting. We recommend gentle surface cleaning only to protect the printed design.
With normal display and careful handling, your photo and message will remain clear and vibrant.
Will the personalisation fade or peel over time?
We use professional sublimation printing, which permanently bonds the design into the fabric rather than sitting on top like a transfer.
This means your personalised teddy’s photo and message won’t peel or crack over time.
With gentle care and surface cleaning only, the print will remain soft, vibrant, and long-lasting.
How long does delivery take?
Most personalised teddy orders arrive within 7–10 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to carefully prepare, print, and quality-check your design before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days depending on the courier.
During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, timelines may be slightly extended — any updates will always be clearly communicated on our website.
Which delivery services do you use?
All personalised teddies are dispatched using fully tracked courier services.
We most commonly use Royal Mail Tracked 24, although Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri may be selected depending on your location and parcel size.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Every personalised teddy is sent using a fully tracked service, and your tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland.
Is delivery free?
Yes - free UK delivery is included with every personalised teddy order. There are no hidden costs at checkout.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We don’t currently offer next day delivery, as each personalised teddy is made to order.
Time is taken to print, carefully check, and pack every design to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. If your personalised teddy is needed for a special occasion, we recommend ordering a few days in advance to allow time for production and courier delivery.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier straight away.

They are CE and UKCA marked, confirming they are safe for children and free from choking hazards.
Age Suitability
Our teddies are suitable for all ages but not recommended for infants under three months. Sewn eyes are securely attached for added safety.
