Because I message you a bout my order you do not reply back what's the point you having a email support team when you do not get back too me say I get my order in 5 or 7 days what it took like 2 to 3 weeks to come for it too come plus you put the wrong words on the feet of the Teddy you did it the wrong way round sorry I will not using you again I ask number of times for a refund please do not use this company they are very bad to deal with them do not even get back to you just rude and you might be luck to get your Teddy or not really bad company do not use

Loved my first order so ordered 2 more and even tho i checked my order i missed the colour of the one foot so its odd so a little disappointed this wasn’t questioned when being made as if i had seen 2 others were altertered then id question this one.
